Finding Your Voice, Living Your Truth

You know something feels off, but finding the words to explain it feels impossible. Maybe you're questioning parts of your sexuality or relationship style that don't fit the mainstream narrative. You might be struggling to communicate your needs in relationships, wrestling with shame about desires that feel right to you, or trying to figure out who you are when the world keeps telling you who you should be. Whether you're navigating these questions solo or with your partner(s), you're ready to explore them with someone who won't judge the answers you discover.

As a queer, Hispanic, neurodivergent therapist, I understand how exhausting it can be when you're constantly explaining or defending who you are. We all contain multitudes—different voices and parts of ourselves that sometimes harmonize, sometimes clash, and sometimes refuse to listen to each other. My role is to help you hear all these inner voices without judgment, so you can intentionally choose which ones guide your actions.

I specialize in supporting:

  • Individuals, couples, polycules, and all relationship structures

  • LGBTQ+ folks and relationships navigating sexuality together

  • People exploring kink, polyamory, and alternative relationship styles

  • Partners working through communication and intimacy challenges

  • Folks working through shame around desire and authenticity

  • Those struggling with self-esteem and relational patterns

  • Neurodivergent individuals and relationships seeking ADHD-affirming support

As a Marriage and Family Therapist intern, my background is in systems thinking, which means I understand how relationships shape us and how we shape them in return. I believe we all have different parts of ourselves—some that protect us, some that hold our desires, some that carry our fears. In our work together, we'll create space for all these parts to be heard and understood. I weave together ACT for values clarification, narrative therapy to reclaim your story, and attachment work to understand your relational patterns, always with an awareness of the many voices within you.

Practical Details:

  • Accepting: Cigna/Aetna/BCBS

  • Self-pay: $100 per session

  • In-person and virtual sessions available

  • Working with adolescents, adults, and all relationship configurations

Ready to let all parts of yourself be heard? Let's connect and begin this journey together.
