Whether you're questioning everything you thought you knew about yourself, working through something traumatic, or feeling lost in grief, the weight can feel impossible to carry alone. Maybe you're a young adult wondering if you'll ever figure things out, or you've recently become a parent and nothing feels like what you expected. You know you need support, but finding the right person feels daunting.

I believe healing happens in relationship, and my job is to create a space where you can breathe, process, and grow without having to perform or pretend. As an LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent therapist, I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when you don't fit the mold. My work centers around helping you develop the skills to navigate intense emotions while honoring who you truly are.

My areas of focus include:

• LGBTQIA+ individuals exploring gender and sexuality

• Young adults working through identity questions and life transitions

• Trauma recovery and building a sense of safety

• Grief and loss processing

• Postpartum depression and parental adjustment

• Emotional regulation and practical coping strategies

I draw from trauma-informed principles, CBT, and DBT techniques, weaving in mindfulness and compassion-focused approaches. My training in LGBTQIA+-affirmative CBT means our work together will always center your authentic self. I'm interested in what's working for you already, not just what needs to change.
